Memory

Memory

Memory lets RedCell carry durable notes about a workspace across sessions — conventions, decisions, and context that are expensive to rediscover each time. It is stored locally and is yours to review or clear at any time.

How It Works

RedCell writes workspace memory to your local RedCell home and recalls the relevant entries at the start of a session. Memory is scoped to the workspace, so notes from one project do not leak into another.

Managing Memory

Control how RedCell uses and creates memory from settings, saved to config.toml. Clearing memory removes local memory files and rollout summaries for the current RedCell home.
