Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of RedCell. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RedCell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use RedCell on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials and device tokens secure. Provide accurate account information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

RedCell is for authorized defensive security only. Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time — your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual property

RedCell, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide and the outputs you generate. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

RedCell is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Agent outputs may be incorrect or incomplete and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before you act on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using RedCell and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where necessary to protect the service and its users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of RedCell after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
