Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
• Billing information — subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles them under its own terms.
• Usage metadata — token counts, the model used, and timestamps, so we can meter your budget and operate the service.

What we do not collect

We do not store the content of your prompts or the files RedCell reads and writes beyond lightweight session aggregates needed to run and resume your work. Your logs, source code, and investigation data are processed on your host and are not retained by us.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session, and privacy-minded product analytics to understand how the console and website are used so we can improve them. We do not sell your personal information.

How data is shared

• Inference provider — the model turns needed for reasoning are sent to our inference backend, with provider data-retention set to deny.
• Stripe — processes billing and payments on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Data retention

We retain account and usage metadata for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, and operational obligations. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required by law.
